James Leuthe
James serves as Chief Executive Officer of Scopewell Solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in enterprise technology and business development, he focuses on strategic growth, market expansion, and long-term client partnerships.
He leads the firm's vision, go-to-market strategy, and executive client relationships, helping organizations navigate complex technology decisions with clarity and discipline.
James holds a Master of Science from Brown University, where his research examined barriers to AI adoption in highly regulated organizations, and an MBA from DePaul University.

Shaena Leuthe
Shaena serves as President & Chief Operating Officer of Scopewell Solutions. A certified Project Management Professional, she brings nearly two decades of experience leading enterprise technology programs across marketing, insurance, and data science.
She oversees execution across the organization, building high-performing teams and implementing delivery frameworks that enable consistent, scalable results for clients.
Shaena holds a BA from Howard University and an MA from the University of the Arts London.

Rajeev Gupta
Rajeev serves as Director of Enterprise Solutions, leading solution architecture and enterprise program delivery. He has delivered large-scale CRM, ERP, data, and integration initiatives across healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications, including engagements at Slalom, Mohawk Industries, Citibank, and AT&T.
He specializes in translating complex technical requirements into scalable enterprise platforms, strengthening Scopewell's capabilities in CRM, data architecture, integration, and AI-enabled workflows.
Rajeev holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
